1. Acceptance

By creating an organisation on Zinga Workforce or signing in to one created by your employer, you agree to these Terms.

3. Award & payroll accuracy

Award rule packs (HIGA, GRIA, SCHADS, RIA, AGED, PHARMACY) bundled with Zinga Workforce are pragmatic v1 approximations of Fair Work modern awards. Operators must verify them against the current Fair Work text before enabling production payroll output. The platform's PAYG calculation runs behind an ENABLE_PAYROLL=false flag until a payroll specialist has reviewed the marginal-slab Schedule 1 lookup for the Operator's specific situation.

4. Out-of-scope obligations

STP Phase 2 reporting, SuperStream submission, electronic document e-signing and other regulated workflows are explicitly NOT provided by Zinga Workforce v1. Operators remain responsible for these obligations through their existing payroll bureau or accredited gateway provider.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Zinga Workforce to: (a) scrape third-party platforms; (b) collect or process personal data without lawful basis; (c) submit knowingly false time-and-attendance data; (d) attempt to bypass auth, rate limits or API quotas; (e) reverse-engineer the platform for the purpose of building a competing service.

6. Data export & portability

Operators may export their organisation's data at any time through the platform's API and standard CSV exports. On termination of service, Operators have 90 days to export. After that we will delete operational data; backups age out within 30 days.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Zinga Workforce is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
